1. Shipping Area

We ship our products from Italy to customers worldwide.

Italy

We offer domestic delivery throughout Italy.

European Union

Available shipping destinations are listed below on this page and are also displayed at checkout.

Non-EU Countries

We also ship to selected countries outside the European Union, including:
United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway.

If your country is not listed above, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability of shipping.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or official public holidays.
All orders are shipped from Italy.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination country and the selected shipping method and are on average:

  • Italy: 1–4 business days
  • Other EU countries: 3–10 business days
  • The United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway 3–10 business days
  • United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other destinations worldwide: 10–21 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to postal or courier service operations, peak seasons, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond the seller’s control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically.

To view the shipping cost, the customer must enter the destination country and postal code in the shopping cart.
Once this information is provided, the applicable shipping rate will be displayed before completing the payment.

The seller is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by the carrier after shipment.

5. Delivery Address and Customer Responsibility

The customer is fully responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including:

  • recipient’s full name;
  • full delivery address;
  • postal code;
  • email address;
  • contact phone number.

In the event of:

  • an incorrect address,
  • refusal to accept the delivery,
  • absence of the recipient,

the parcel may be returned to the sender.

In such cases:

  • shipping costs are non-refundable;
  • reshipment is carried out at the customer’s expense.

6. Shipment Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number, if tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

The customer is responsible for monitoring the shipment status and contacting the carrier in a timely manner if required.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

After the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transportation lies with the carrier.

If the parcel:

  • is lost;
  • is delivered damaged,

the customer must contact the seller within 48 hours of receiving the parcel or the delivery issue notification.

The seller will assist in submitting a claim to the carrier but is not responsible for the actions of third parties, including postal and courier services.

8. Unclaimed and Returned Shipments

If a parcel is returned to the sender due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel, refusal of delivery):

  • the order is considered fulfilled;
  • shipping costs are non-refundable;
  • reshipment is possible only after payment of a new shipping fee.

9. Customs Duties and Taxes

For orders delivered within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import taxes apply.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT, or local taxes may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

The seller has no control over or ability to estimate these charges.
